Very confused about web sites/blogs

Not to sure what I should be looking into? A web site or just creating a blog? Which one is going to help me as a photographer better? Which one is more cost effective? I am sooooo wanting to create something to show clients and possibly get my prices out there so maybe everything wont be considered free!

I do a blog at blogspot for a sneak peek (free). Then I have Zenfolio for my ordering site. So far I like them it cost about 100 a year which is affordable for me. My only complaint is that they do not have packages but they informed me that they are getting them soon.
